I offer tele-therapy services that allow you to connect with me from the comfort of your own home. Our tele-therapy sessions are secure, private, and convenient.
I come to the first session open minded, non judgmental, and actively listen to get to know you as a person. This allows me to be able to effectively understand your perspective and how I can assist you fully.
Healing requires safety. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, build self-trust, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Through a Polyvagal-informed approach and using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, I help clients better understand how their nervous system responds to stress, connection, and safety. Together, we use gentle, body-based practices, mindfulness, and supportive education to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of internal regulation through mind and body.
I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm.
